DEFINITIONS
“Affiliate” means any person or entity that directly or indirectly,
through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by, or is under common
control with a specified person or entity.
“Data Intermediary” means an organization that processes Personal Data
on behalf of another organization, excluding employees of that organization.
“End-User” means any individual or entity with whom the Subscriber
interacts while using the Service(s).
“Personal Data” means any information, whether true or not, relating
to an individual who can be identified from that information alone or in combination
with other information to which the organization has or is likely to have access.
“Process” or “Processing” means any operation or set of operations
performed on Personal Data, whether automated or not, including collection, recording,
organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, alteration, retrieval, consultation,
use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, making available, alignment,
combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.
“Service(s)” shall have the meaning assigned to it under the Terms.
“Subscriber” means the natural or legal person who subscribes to the

“You” and “Your” refer to an identified or identifiable natural person
whose Personal Data is processed by Siara.
HOW YOUR DATA IS COLLECTED?
Direct Collection.
Siara collects most of your Personal Data directly from you when you:
Subscribe to any of Siara’s Service(s) by agreeing to the Terms;
Use or view Siara’s Website(s), including through cookies stored in your browser;
Submit web forms on our Website(s) or interact with the Website(s) through features
such as participating in surveys, contests, promotions, sweepstakes, requesting
customer support, or other communications with us; and
Download and use the Service(s), during which Siara automatically collects
information about the type of device you use and its operating system version in
order to fulfill our agreement with you.
Indirect Collection.
Siara may also receive your Personal Data indirectly in the following ways:
From third-party sources, including databases and social media platforms, but only
where we have verified that such third parties have obtained your consent or are
otherwise legally permitted or required to disclose your Personal Data to us; and
Where you authorize Siara to connect with a third-party service, Siara may access
and store your name, email address(es), current city, profile picture URL, and other
Personal Data made available by such third-party service. This information will be
used and disclosed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
PURPOSES FOR WHICH PERSONAL DATA WILL BE PROCESSED
To facilitate your access to the Website(s) and Service(s).

SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
You acknowledge and agree that Siara may share your Personal Data with its group
companies and third-party service providers, including providers such as SendGrid
and Twilio, in order to offer you Siara’s Service(s) and/or to send you information
or updates related to the Service(s) where you are a Subscriber.
In processing your order as a Subscriber, Siara may transmit your Personal Data
to, and use information obtained from, credit reference agencies for the purpose
of preventing fraudulent transactions.
Siara may share your Personal Data with third-party service providers that host,
maintain, and support Siara’s Website(s), applications, backup services, storage
solutions, payment processing, analytics, and other related services. Such
third-party service providers may access or process your Personal Data solely for
the purpose of providing these services to Siara.
Siara may disclose your Personal Data to third-party providers who assist in
conducting marketing and promotional activities on our behalf.
Siara may be required to disclose your Personal Data in response to:
(a) lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or
law enforcement requirements; and/or
(b) subpoenas, court orders, legal processes, or to establish, exercise, or defend
Siara’s legal rights.

prevention of illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving
potential threats to the physical safety of any individual, violations of
Siara’s Terms, or as otherwise required by law.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER
Siara primarily processes Personal Data in Singapore. However, Personal Data may
be transferred outside Singapore for the purposes outlined in Section 4. Siara
will ensure that any recipient of your Personal Data provides a level of
protection that is at least equivalent to the protection offered under
applicable data protection laws.
RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Siara retains Personal Data for as long as there is an ongoing legitimate
business need to do so.
Where there is no longer a need to retain Personal Data as described in
Section 6.1, Siara will either delete or aggregate such data. If deletion or
aggregation is not possible, Siara will securely store your Personal Data and
isolate it from further processing until deletion becomes possible.
SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
Siara implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect
the Personal Data it collects and processes. These measures are designed to
provide a level of security suitable to the risks involved in processing your

Access, Correction, and Deletion.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your

Please note that a reasonable fee may be charged for an access request. If

when you can expect a response. If we cannot provide you with the requested

Subscribers of the Service(s) are solely responsible for creating their own privacy policies and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, privacy policies, agreements, and other obligations related to the collection of Personal Data through the use of the Service(s) by End-Users. Siara processes the Personal Data of End-Users on behalf of Subscribers as a Data Intermediary. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY CLAUSE

Siara is committed to safeguarding individual privacy and ensuring that
Personal Data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection
laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation
(GDPR), Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), Malaysia’s Personal
Data Protection Act (PDPA), and applicable U.S. federal and state laws.
Personal Data collected by Siara will be:
Processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently;
Collected for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes, and not
further processed in ways that are incompatible with those purposes;
Adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes

Processed securely, with appropriate technical or organizational

affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its

Data Subject Rights.
Siara respects the rights of individuals to access, correct, delete, or
restrict the processing of their Personal Data. Individuals may also
exercise their right to data portability and object to the processing of
their Personal Data under certain circumstances. Siara will facilitate

outside the European Economic Area (EEA), Siara will implement appropriate

GOOGLE USER DATA
Google Account Connection.
IntoAEC lets you connect your Google account so you can work with your email, calendar, tasks, spreadsheets and meetings inside IntoAEC. Connecting is optional, and you can disconnect at any time.
What We Access.
When you connect your Google account and grant permission, IntoAEC accesses:
Gmail: your messages, threads, labels, attachments and drafts;
Google Calendar: events on your calendars;
Google Tasks: your tasks and task lists;
Google Sheets: spreadsheets you choose to sync with IntoAEC;
Google Meet: meeting spaces created through IntoAEC; and
Basic profile: your name and email address, to identify the connected account.
How We Use It.
We use this data only to provide the features you see in IntoAEC:
Showing your mailbox in IntoAEC, and letting you read, compose, reply to, draft and send email;
Marking messages as read in Gmail when you open them in IntoAEC;
Syncing events, tasks and meetings between IntoAEC and your Google account;
Syncing lead data between IntoAEC and your chosen Google Sheets; and
Creating a task from an email when you ask for it.
Email Deletion and Trash.
IntoAEC does not delete or move your emails to Trash.
