Currently, SpaceMush is his successful practice focussed on small space designs in Chennai.
He is the driving force behind Dehub for Architects, India’s No. 2 Architecture Community, with a robust social media following of over 50,000 teaching the Business of Architecture to the fraternity.
Architect SSR’s strategic insights and communication skills, combined with his passion for psychology, science, VR, AR, AI, and community growth, have been instrumental in shaping various initiatives in the architecture and construction industry.
Mayan Gopaul Pillay

Mayan Gopaul Pillay is the founder and principal of MIMP Designs Architects, a Gauteng-based architectural studio known for thoughtful design, technical accuracy, and dependable delivery across residential, commercial, educational, and public-sector projects.
With over a decade of experience in South Africa’s built environment, Mayan has led projects for private developers, educational institutions, and government agencies, including large-scale housing initiatives and infrastructure upgrades. His work blends creative thinking with practical problem-solving, consistently delivering efficient, compliant, and community-focused solutions.
Recognizing the growing need for digital transformation in the AEC sector, Mayan partnered with IntoAEC to establish IntoAEC South Africa, bringing best-in-class proposal automation technology to architects, engineers, contractors, and developers nationwide.

An architect by profession with experience in comprehensive AEC project management, from technical documentation to materials quantification and supplier coordination, she brings a deep understanding of AEC processes to position the platform as a key project management solution in Mexico. A specialist in adapting the product to the cultural and linguistic specificities of the region, she collaborates on UX optimization and value communication for architects, engineers, and builders.
