Cancellation and Refunds:

Siara Tech Solutions offers a 30 days money-back guarantee on purchases of IntoAEC SaaS Product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 days of Siara Tech Solutions approving the refund request.

Exceptions:

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

• If the request for a refund is made after 30 days of the purchase date.
• If the IntoAEC SaaS Product has been used beyond the scope of its intended purposes or in violation of the terms of service.
• If the request for a refund is made for reasons other than dissatisfaction with the Product (e.g., change in business requirements).
